“Very Impressed”

Motel is immediately off the I95, bunched with other motels it is next to a cracker barrel. Stayed for 2 days, staff arranged a courtesy pick up and drop off in Savannah historic district, 5 dollars, plus 18 dollars for the historic district tour. The motel room is a standard size, very clean and tidy, there is a nice indoor pool and hot tub, breakfast is very good including pancakes, waffles scramble eggs and sausages. there is a constant supply of coffee , cookies and fruit in the breakfast room. all day. My only complaint was there seemed to be a constant noise all night. it is either the road or other rooms using their air con units, however a small price to pay for comfort and security. The staff are very helpfull and at hand to sort out any problems.

I had business in the Savannah area and enjoy all my stays at a Carlson Property. This Hotel was your typical Country Inn and Suites except that the entire staff was excellent. From the moment I checked-in on a Friday early evening the GM, Ron was very friendly, helpful as the Hotel was busy which looked like Groups also were checking in. Ron made sure that all my info my correct and explained the Hotel layout and even offered a suggestion for dinner. Minutes later he called my Suite to ensure that I was happy with my Suite, nice touch.

Upon my return from Dinner Bri greeted me with a friendly hello and offered warm cookies she stated she just made.

When I had Breakfast the next morning Renee and Liz cleared a table for me and made my waffle. They treated me like a VIP but I realized they were making all the Guests waffles. What a wonderful display of taking care of the Guests!!!

As I said the Hotel was a typical Country Inn and Suites but the true difference was the wonderful staff that delighted the Guests even as they were dealing with large Groups, they didin't miss a beat! Again, to Ron the General Manager you and your staff are wonderful and when traveling back to Savannah I look forward to staying at your Hotel.

A lovely hotel - clean, comfortable and convenient! Right off the interstate so easily accessible en route to Florida. Lots of restaurants withing walking distance. An inside room entry and a clean and comfortable room. Generally a good experience - I will stay there again.
